Michael Hepner is an Investment Adviser Representative and co-owner of Legacy Retirement Advisors, Inc., located in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Legacy Retirement Advisors, Inc., is an independent, boutique financial services firm focusing on retirement planning.
Previously, Michael was a financial advisor at Questar Capital (formerly of Allianz) and John Hancock Financial Network. Michael earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2011 and his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation, co-sponsored by Wharton School, in 2010. He first became a member of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) in 2015. Michael graduated with an MBA from Baruch College, CUNY and a Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s University.
Michael has a strong passion for creating and maintaining a personalized retirement strategy for each client. His primary focus is on retirement income planning for those who are already retired or for those looking to retire. He combines Social Security optimization strategies, IRA distribution planning, and insurance strategies in order to develop a customized, tax-efficient retirement plan. As a CFP® professional, Michael is held to one of the highest standards in the financial services industry. Michael uses insurance products that offer guaranteed lifetime income and are principally protected from negative stock market performance. He also focuses on investment strategies designed to help create increased retirement income, minimize risk and provide his clients confidence in periods of market decline.
